“I LIVE at THE LEXINGTON. When I came to The Lexington Assisted Living in June 2021, many people WELCOMED ME right away and many of the staff greeted me by my first name which made me comfortable my first day. I soon realized that I was really blessed to be part of this large family of Residents who consider The Lexington their home.
My reason to come here was that I did not want my adult children to upset their lives by trying to take care of me when they have their own busy families stuffed with kid activities, their work schedules and school. My family is now VERY PLEASED that I’m here because the kitchen staff provide all my meals, my clothes are laundered for me, Med Aides handle all my medications, transportation is provided for all my doctor appointments and most important, there is always someone here to look after me. It seemed very easy in a way to start a relationship here with just about anyone by simply sharing with them a smile, by really listening to their joys and concerns and then finding that rare something we all have in common, like maybe just talking about the good old days and not talking about how old we are. It’s been a privilege and real blessing for me to now be a member in this very special family here at The Lexington.”

“The Lexington is a wonderful assisted living facility! It is a small, cohesive community where everyone, staff and residents alike, care for one another. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THE LEXINGTON to others! Even though our first impression with The Lexington was fabulous, there was still the worry of, ‘ “Am I doing the right thing? Will the assisted living facility treat my mother with kindness and dignity? Will she receive the medical care she needs? Will she be happy?” I can state unequivocally that, “YES, indeed!,” ‘ The Lexington has assuaged all of my concerns. My mother is receiving the BEST CARE both physically and mentally. I haven’t seen her this happy and healthy in years!”
