Pets can visit for a short period, but can’t stay overnight or live with the Resident.
The Lexington apartments include a small refrigerator with freezer, microwave, retractable window blinds, overhead lighting and utilities except cable and phone. You can purchase cable at a greatly reduced rate.
The Lexington does not charge rates based on level of care. Instead, Residents get an all-inclusive rate that includes room, board and services. The Rent includes utilities except for cable and phone. Incidentals such as purchases from the onsite General Store, room trays and beauty/barber services are paid for by the Resident.
Residents of The Lexington are free to come and go as they choose. We just ask that you sign out and in when you return so that we can make sure you have any medications you need while you are out and can hold or cancel your meal for you.
You can invite friends in for a meal. The average cost is around $8 per meal. Our Private Dining Room holds 10 people and is complimentary.

The Lexington offers menu choices for each meal. With the variety of menu options available, you can order menu items that are lower in sodium, sugar and carbohydrates.
Residents get an all-inclusive rate that includes room, board and services. Meals are included in that rate and cannot be discounted if you don’t eat a meal.
We can help provide the documentation needed to process the policy holder’s long-term care insurance. The insurance companies pay the policy holder directly.
